Scrambled ‘eggs’ with
chickpea flour and spinach


Whisk the chickpea flour and bouillon together until it becomes a uniform mass.

Melt the Naturli’ Plant butter Spread   in the pan and add rinsed spinach. Once the spinach has shrunk, remove the heat.

Melt a little Naturli’ Plant butter Spread  in a pan, add the chickpea mass and after one minute add the spinach, mix until the mass comes together like scrambled egg.

Sprinkle with chives and other herbs.
